Accurate information

Use your real contact details and keep your email and phone number current. Do not create accounts to impersonate others or evade restrictions.

Product and seller rules

Listings must describe products honestly and show accurate prices, stock and delivery conditions. Prohibited, counterfeit, stolen or unlawful goods are not allowed.

Communication

Communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, misleading promotions, unsolicited spam and attempts to take over another account are prohibited.

Orders and fulfilment

Customers should provide a usable delivery address and respond to delivery coordination. Sellers should process orders honestly, update status accurately and handle returns or complaints fairly.

Enforcement

EKANNTO may review reports, remove violating content, pause transactions or restrict accounts when necessary. Serious matters may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
